Lengthy Refurbishment for Soarin in 2016
Disney have now announced that beginning January 4, 2016 Soarin will be closed for refurbishment and is not expected to open again until the Summer of 2016.
Disney have not announced that the reason for the lengthy refurbishment is because of the update to the ride but I cannot see any other reason to close down the attraction for such a long time if it wasn’t to add in the new film and potentially work on new signage etc.
I am really looking forward to the new imagining of the attraction, what are your thoughts on the lengthy refurbishment?
