It has been confirmed today that Fulton’s Crab House is officially changing its name to Paddlefish when it reopens in November 2016.
The good news is that Levy Restaurants (the owners) have said that returning favourites from the existing restaurant such as the Florida Stone Crab, Alaska King and Queen crab and lobster corn dogs will all be coming back when the restaurant reopens.
What is interesting is that when the restaurant reopens it will be serving new food options including lobster risotto, Maine lobster and steak and chops. The menu seems to be in direct competition with neighbouring Disney Springs restaurant, The BOATHOUSE. Considering The BOATHOUSE is now regarded as one of the top restaurants on property it will be interesting to see how Paddlefish can compete.
