In a positive move for those who have tickets for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Disney have just announced an earlier closure of the park for guests without tickets for the event.
For every night of the party, the Magic Kingdom will now close at 6pm instead of 7pm for guests that don’t have tickets to the event.
All attractions will therefore be shut to guests without tickets though Disney has said that those with tickets can ride anything between 6-7, the party still officially kicks off at 7pm.
Those who don’t have a ticket are still welcome to shop and eat during the hour.
This is great news for those who have a ticket as in my mind this effectively means the party has been extended for an hour!
This is just a trial for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party with no such changes coming to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
