Disney have just opened a brand new area within the Magic Kingdom Park that will give guests the ability to very quickly create and customise their very own MagicBands in a similar way to how guests can create their own t-shorts, phone cases and hats.
A brand new D-Tech station at Tomorrowland Power and Light Co (as you exit Space Mountain) allows guests to create a personalised MagicBand with the choice of 8 different colours and 40 graphics. Guests can of course add their name or a nickname to the band if they wish.
Customised MagicBand Prices
Prices differ depending on the level of customisation that you go to:
- Custom retail MagicBand is $21.95
- Personalised retail MagicBand is $29.95
In my opinion for the few extra dollars it is worth going up to the $29.95 but then it will get very pricey if you are travelling in a family and everyone wants a full customised band!
