According to WDWNT, multiple sources seem to be stating that the most likely country to come to Epcot’s World Showcase is set to be Brazil.
There is a 1.5 acre plot of land that has been left for a new pavilion between Germany and Italy since the park opened and it would seem that this looks to be the most likely spot for this new country.
If this does happen I would expect a new restaurant at the very least but it is more than likely we will also see some form of new attraction arrive at World Showcase too.
I’d like to point out that this is a rumour and has not been confirmed by Disney at this stage. I suspect we will hear a lot more on Epcot expansion plans as part of D23 in just under two weeks time!
Until then, take it with a huge pinch of salt as this isn’t the first time the Brazil rumour has surfaced…
