As if you didn’t have enough of a reason to visit Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, today Geyser Point Bar & Grill opened up towards the back of the resort.

The new bar fits in perfectly with the Pacific Northwest theme of the overall resort and looks out onto views of the Bay Lake area.

Now onto the food and drink…

Taking beverages from Pacific Northwest brewers and distilleries there will be plenty on offer including a large selection of wine. You can check out a couple of these drinks below:

The restaurant will be open all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner with plenty of tasty options of available.

Breakfast includes items like scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon as well as crab cakes benedict and maple-cinnamon pancakes (these sound incredible). Also available for breakfast include seasonal fruit served alongside lavender honey yoghurt and steel-cut oatmeal and toppings.

The quick service restaurant also has some incredible sounding lunch and dinner options which include:

  • Bison burger with Tillamook Cheddar, sweet onion straws and marionberry barbecue sauce
  • Classic bacon burger with Tillamook Cheddar
  • House-smoked turkey sandwich with cranberry mayonnaise
  • Lump crab cake sandwich with house-made Canadian bacon and spicy cabbage-carrot slaw
  • Grilled salmon BLT with lemon-caper mayonnaise
  • Salad with grilled Portobello, zucchini, roasted red peppers, tomato and multi-grain salad with goat cheese dressing
  • Grilled chicken or salmon with arugula and romaine, apples, seasonal berries, hazelnuts and red wine vinaigrette
  • Seasonal fruit plate with lavender honey yogurt
  • For dessert there’s seasonal pie and a chocolate brownie mousse with caramel popcorn and toasted meringue

Small plates are also on offer and will include:

  • Crispy Fried Oysters with Miso tartar Sauce
  • Edamame with Chili Salt
  • Cheesy Barbecue Brisket with House-Made Chips
  • “Shrimp on a Wire” with Miso-Lime Vinaigrette
  • Togarashi, Shishito Peppers, and Chili-Aioli
  • Salmon Rillettes with Sourdough Crisps
  • Handcrafted Charcuterie

There is also an all day kids menu featured that includes items like grilled chicken strips and a finger food sampler.
