We finally have confirmation on when The Polite Pig at Disney Springs is opening, next Monday, April 10th!
The new location is the latest venture from husband and wife team, James and Julie Petrakis and Jame’s brother, Brian.
The new restaurant will feature an open kitchen with “modern barbecue” alongside a range of southern sides.
Of course, the main event is the huge selection of craft beers and cocktails with the addition of a bourbon bar that will have more than 50 choices.
