This is incredibly unsurprising move for me but a welcome one. To coincide with the opening of Frozen Ever After, the Mexican Pavilion at Epcot will be opening at 9am.

This makes a lot of sense considering guests have to walk through the Mexican Pavilion to get to the Norway Pavilion. The good news is that The Gran Fiesta Tour boat ride will be opening from 9am and La Cantina de San Angel will be serving a breakfast menu!

La Cantina de San Angel Breakfast Menu

The full menu (including kids menu) can be found below and I think you will agree, it sounds awesome!

Chilaquiles con huevos – $8.75

Two fried eggs, layers of fried corn tortilla with green tomatillo sauce, topped with queso fresco, onions and sour cream.

Tamal verde con huevos – $8.75

Scrambled eggs, corn dough filled with pork chorizo, covered with green tomatillo sauce.

Pambazo de chorizo con huevo – $9.95

Bread roll filled with scrambled eggs, chorizo, jack cheese, red onions, lettuce and guacamole.

Kids breakfast – Huevos revuletos – $5.99

Scrambled eggs topped with cheese, served with potatoes and fruit.

I love the Mexican Pavilion and am glad it is going to be open from 9am on a daily basis. It also means that every single ride at Epcot (pretty much) is now going to be opening at the same time with both Future World and these two pavilions (Mexico and Norway) opening at 9am.

All of this begins today by the way, June 21st!

What are your thoughts on the Mexican Pavilion opening from 9am?
