Disney have finally revealed that the long anticipated Indiana Jones themed Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is to open later this month on September 22!
As covered extensively in the past, the new location will feature an expansive bar with aviation decor and seating for around 150 people. There is also an old steamboat area (Reggie is the name of the boat) for guests that want to be able to have a drink outside of the main bar itself.
Food and beverages include:
- Dr. Elsa’s She Devil Eggs (brined in beet juice with lump crab filling)
- “Good” Dates (goat cheese-stuffed dates with Marcona almonds and pickled veggies)
- Snack of Ra (salads and dips served with injera and naan crisps)
- Tanis Tacos (filled with falafel, shredded lettuce and cucumber-tomato salad)
- Pretzels (with house made mustard and blue cheese fondue\
- Rolling Boulder Sliders (three spice meatballs on mini-buns with yogurt sauce)
- Brody Brats (grilled bratwurst with mustard and pickled cabbage)
- Lao Che’s Revenge (spicy Asian chicken wings)
- Why’d It Have to Be Squid (fried calamari flatbread with spicy harissa)
- Reggie’s Revenge
- The Fountain of Youth (featuring Florida vodkas)
- The Bitter Barkeep (with Peruvian Pisco)
- Anything Goes (with Asian spirit that packs a punch)
- The Aviators Flight
- The Scottish Professor
- Cool-headed Monkey (with African spirits)
