Now that Hurricane Matthew has moved past the Orlando area, life at the parks is getting back to normal. Both Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are back to their usual opening hours after closing their gates at 5pm on Thursday, and remaining closed on Friday.

Due to the park closures, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights were cancelled on Thursday, 6th of October, and Friday, 7th of October.

But what if you had tickets booked for the dates that were cancelled? Well fear not, Universal Studios has issued the following details about how you can use your tickets.

Halloween Horror Nights tickets purchased and dated only for Thursday, Oct. 6 and Friday, Oct. 7 will be honored on any Halloween Horror Nights 26 event night through Oct. 31.

Guests with Halloween Horror Nights multi-day tickets should use the dates printed on their ticket.

Halloween Horror Nights Express Passes purchased and dated only for Thursday Oct. 6 and Friday, Oct. 7 will be honored on any single Halloween Horror Nights 26 event night through Oct. 31. These Express Pass will have to be exchanged at Express podiums at Universal Studios Florida or at Guest Services locations.

Alternatively, if you had tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party for the cancelled dates, Disney have asked guests to call (407) 939-7818 from 9am Eastern Time on Monday, 10th of October for “refunds and other options”. I would assume that “other options” would include moving your tickets to another date, depending on availability.
