According to the Orlando Sentinel, Fulton’s Crab House is set to close in early April and is expected to open later in the year sometime in late November.

I would expect this to be a significant remodel and one that will help the restaurant to fit in more with the surrounding landscape with all of the remodelling that has happened with the name change to Disney Springs.
As part of this closure it is expected that the restaurant will lay off 214 workers though I can never understand why this is allowed to happen in America, such a thing wouldn’t stand here in the UK, especially when we all know the restaurant is going to reopen!
While no reason has been given for the remodel, I suspect this has been forced on the restaurant thanks to the introduction of newer restaurant like The BOATHOUSE.
I have eaten at Fulton’s on the one occasion and while it was only at lunch, I found the food to be incredibly tasty and would recommend trying before April if you get the chance!
