Universal Orlando is about to get another brand new restaurant and it sounds as if it is going to be a real treat when it opens this summer in CityWalk.
Bigfire is set to have a unique theme that will make guests feel like they have just stepped inside a lakeside summer house. The restaurant is set to be two stories and will feature a custom wood fire grill where chefs will prepare food in front of guests.
As for the food, Bigfire will feature a signature bison burger; coffee, chilli and cocoa rubbed top sirloin; delectable freshwater trout; mouth-watering smoked salads and more.

I know for me that BigFire just moved to the top of my list of restaurants I want to try at Universal Orlando when I am back there in October!
