Despite Disney announcing that DisneyQuest would be closing in 2016, this never came to fruition with rumours that there were issues on agreeing some form of deal with the NBA.
Now it would seem, NBA fans (of which I am not) will finally get their wish, DisneyQuest is to close for good on July 3rd with The NBA Experience still set to replace it.
While it is fair to say that DisneyQuest was struggling to keep up-to-date with the latest technology, I would have preferred that Disney invest in new attractions over allowing the NBA to takeover.
The new NBA Experience will feature both a restaurant and an interactive experience.
Will you be sad to see DisneyQuest go?
