Disney has revealed what to expect from the medals from this years half marathon weekend at Disneyland Paris. The events run from September 21 – 24 and you can see what they look like below:
Here’s how the corresponding events match up to the medals available:
Any of the kids races will get you a medal featuring the Mickey Mouse with the pink background
- Running in the 5K will get you the Lumiere gold medal
- Running the 10K will get you the medal featuring Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather from Sleeping Beauty
- Completing the half marathon will get you the silver Mickey Mouse medal that features Sleeping Beauty castle
- If you complete the 10K run and half marathon you will get the gold medal that has both the Fairy Godmother and Cinderella’s Coach on it
- Finally… completing the Castle to Chateau Challenge will award participants with the medal on the far right. A reminder that this challenge involves completing the half marathon at Disneyland Paris and another runDisney half marathon or marathon at Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort within the same calendar year.
