Perhaps to help cope with the rush of the holiday season at Walt Disney World, the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be serving breakfast from November 1, 2015 to January 23, 2016.

If you have never had the chance to sit in the restaurant to have lunch or dinner due to the price then perhaps now is the time to book in and experience a truly unique restaurant that is themed on the classic American drive-thru theaters of old. I have eaten in the restaurant twice in the past and loved the service, the experience and of course, the food!

Disney have announced the menu for the limited breakfast service:

Adults have a choice of:

  • Puff pastry filled with scrambled eggs, crab, asparagus and gruyere cheese with roasted tomatoes
  • Grilled beef tenderloin on baby spinach, with bacon and cheddar custard on a roasted tomato and cheesy horseradish potatoes
  • Scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausage links and breakfast potatoes
  • Macadamia crusted brioche french toast with mascarpone and fresh berries

Kids can choose from:

  •  Scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and breakfast potatoes
  • french toast
  • Mini-Mickey waffle

I really like the sounds of the puff pastry with scrambled eggs and crab personally and if I get the chance in November I may well just book breakfast just to give that a go.

Prices are $23.99 for adults and $12.99 for kids and the best part of this announcement is that you can go ahead and book your breakfast right now!

Another piece of good news to end the piece, meals are included on the Disney Dining Plan however is one table service credit rather than what I expected to be a quick service entitlement.
