Join us for the 49th episode of the Theme Park Trader podcast.

This week Dan and I begin our two week launch of the brand new guides section of the site (coming within the next few days) by talking through the first guide to be launched on the site, Magic Kingdom attractions.

In this weeks episode Dan and I discuss our ratings for half of the Magic Kingdoms attractions and cover off every ride/attraction in:

  • Main Street USA
  • Adventureland
  • Frontierland

We also talk through the most important news from this week which includes:

Opening Date + New Details on Jimmy Fallon Ride

This week, Jimmy Fallon himself announced a whole host of new details on Race through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon. The attraction will be opening on April 6th and Dan and I discuss why we are slightly more excited for this ride than we were when Universal Orlando made the initial announcement. You can view the full announcement below:

Big Changes to FastPass at Disneyland

Last week Disney announced some pretty big changes coming to the Disneyland FastPass service. Dan and I discuss our thoughts on these new additions and what we think about the new Disney MaxPass service.

No More Kermit the Frog Balloon

We chat through our thoughts on the rumours that the Kermit the Frog balloon at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is to be removed. This is in favour of allowing guests in Star Wars land to have a seamless experience.

I have a bit of a rant on one of the last icons of the park being removed…

Star Wars: Galactic Nights

Dan and I chat through the announced Galactic Nights, coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios on April 14.

We talk through the costs and whether or not we think it is worth purchasing a ticket to the event!
