The Jungle Book: Alive with Magic show kicks off tomorrow at Disney’s Animal Kingdom to help bring in nighttime events at the park.
While at first it seemed that this was a very quick fix to the delay in Rivers of Light debuting at the park, it looks like Disney has put in far more effort than people thought.
This behind the scenes video released by Disney shows off some of the barges and explains how scenes from the recent movie will be in the show and will involve dancers in costume with a rich Indian culture as a backdrop to the entire experience.
It does surprise me just how much effort Disney has put into this temporary show and while I see the logic in keeping to the recent movie, it is a shame not to see the classic animated movie make an appearance in this (at least it doesn’t look to be involved).
