The $15 per person, per day bus service is set to end later this month on August 23rd with the final day to purchase the Express Transportation being later this week on August 16th.
The service was originally put in place to get guests from A to B faster by using backstage routes and was seen as the premium way to travel on Disney Busses.
While I have seen a few people celebrating the cancellation of this service as a victory against Disney trying to make a quick buck out of theme park guests. I highly doubt Disney have cancelled due to guest protests. In reality, Minnie Vans have just been introduced at Walt Disney World and this is now seen as a far more premium way to get around the resort.
