Back in May, we posted that Dinosaur at Disney’s Animal Kingdom would be closing for refurbishment from July 25th to September 30th. Before the work even started, the opening date was pushed back to October 17th.

Now, just a few days before it was scheduled to be re-opened, Disney have announced that the attraction opening will be delayed once again, this time to November 20th.

Although this news is a shame, and no doubt a number of people will be disappointed that the attraction won’t be open during their visit. As we said back in May, work like this is crucial to keep the attraction working safely, and to the high Disney standard that we have come to expect. We can only assume that some extensive work is being done to the attraction to keep it closed for what is now 4 months.

Disney have said that they will be getting in touch with any guests who have a FastPass+ reservation for the attraction, to make a new selection.
